TINA COTSIOPOULOS
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | FOUNDER, SYNERGY FITNESS STUDIO
Tina founded Synergy Studio in 2020, creating a private training space designed as a more focused, supportive alternative to traditional gyms. Her goal is to help clients train with confidence, stay motivated, and achieve lasting results in an energetic, welcoming environment.

A certified Personal Trainer since 2012, Tina has worked with clients of all fitness levels, developing personalized programs tailored to individual goals, lifestyles, and physical needs. She believes fitness is never one-size-fits-all and emphasizes sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.

Known for her upbeat, high-energy coaching style, Tina also leads engaging group classes that keep clients motivated and challenged. She continues to expand her expertise in post-rehabilitation training, joint health, weight management, osteoporosis, stroke recovery, and strength and core development.
JEFF ULASZEK
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | NASM
Jeff is a certified Personal Trainer focused on helping clients build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. He works with all fitness levels, creating personalized programs that are effective, engaging, and sustainable.

With experience in strength training, mobility, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and swimming, Jeff takes a well-rounded approach centered on proper movement, performance, and long-term progress.

Known for his positive, motivating style, Jeff creates an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered. Outside the gym, he enjoys camping, horror movies, and spending time with his cat.


JULIE ADAMS
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR | CYCLE COACH
Julie is a fitness instructor and cycle coach at with decades of experience leading group exercise and training. She’s passionate about helping people build strength, boost confidence, and leave every class feeling better than when they walked in.

Expect high-energy workouts, motivating playlists, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to push their limits—no matter their fitness level.

Julie loves Synergy’s small-studio vibe, where connections are real, clients are known personally, and every class feels like a community. She’s proud to be part of a team led by Tina, whose passion and care for every client helps make Synergy such a special place to train.
