TABATA

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to maximize results in a short amount of time. It follows a specific structure: 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds (4 minutes total per set).
Tabata classes are known for improving cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and calorie burn both during and after the workout. They’re fast-paced, efficient, and adaptable to different fitness levels, making them popular for people looking to get a powerful workout in a limited amount of time.

SPIN

Spin is a high-energy indoor cycling workout set to upbeat, motivating music. Participants ride SPIN bikes (stationary bikes) while following cues that vary speed, resistance, and intensity to simulate real-world terrain like hills, sprints, and flat roads. Instructors also incorporate hand weights during portions of the ride to build upper-body strength alongside your cardio training.

Spin classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build lower-body strength, and burn calories in a low-impact way that’s easy on the joints. With adjustable resistance and pace, each workout can be tailored to all fitness levels—making it both challenging and accessible.

SENIOR MAT PILATES

Senior Mat Pilates is a gentle, low-impact workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. It focuses on controlled movements performed on a mat, with thoughtful modifications to ensure comfort and safety.

Each class emphasizes core stability, joint mobility, proper alignment, and fall prevention—supporting everyday movement, reducing the risk of injury, and helping you maintain independence. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a calm, supportive environment where you can build strength with confidence. Tina provides personalized attention to each participant, ensuring a safe and empowering experience.

All Body Works is a full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups in a single session. It combines a mix of cardio, strength training, and functional movements using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, steps with risers, gliders, medicine balls, body bars, and bodyweight exercises.
This class is structured to improve overall fitness, increase endurance, and boost metabolism while promoting balanced muscle development. With options to modify intensity, All Body Works is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels—making it a versatile and effective workout for anyone looking to stay strong and active.
